KRYSTYNA is 20, highly intelligent and has an attention to detail most of us would love to have, and she’s the star of a reality show Aussies are loving.

Employable Me - Krystyna

KRYSTYNA can remember exactly what she did on any given day in April five years ago, and knows the latitude and longitude of every city in the world.

Her incredible long-term memory and attention to detail are skills most employers value in any worker.

But while the 20-year-old has high intelligence and exceptional job attributes, she lacks social skills which make looking for work a challenge.

Krystyna has autism and also suffers with social anxiety which means she struggles to interact, and look at people. Her behaviour may also appear strange to those who don’t know her.

The Central Coast woman’s incredible story featured onEmployable Me last night, which charted her search for work and potentially love.

The three-part show, which aired last week, follows people with neurodiverse conditions such as autism, OCD and Tourette syndrome as they search for employment.

During last night’s show, Krystyna revealed how she desperately wants to fit in but struggles against society’s expectations.

“Sometimes people underestimate my intelligence, they treat me like I’m intellectually delayed and I’m not,” she said.

The show also follows her date with friend Ryan, who has Asperger’s, and her revelation that she seems him as potential boyfriend material.

However her lack of social skills mean doing the job would be difficult and she is unsuccessful in nabbing the role.

Feeling let down but determined to succeed, she sees her job coach who lands her some work experience at her local library, and she struggles to contain her excitement and begins jumping around.

Krystyna’s search for work and love won her a legion of fans on social media with viewers commenting it was better TV than The Bachelor.

Others were impressed by her incredible skills with memory and detail.
