THE latest reject on The Bachelor has slammed Matty J, calling out his “jerk move” before saying she would’ve rather ended up with last season’s Richie Strahan.

Police officer Michelle Paxton , 31, also applied for now newly-single Strahan’s series and regrets not having a shot at love with the rope technician.

It might not be too late for the pretty blonde after news was announced that Strahan had split with his girlfriend Alex Nation, who reportedly left him for a woman named Maegan Luxa.

“I’m a bit more attracted to Richie, physically. I have a thing for redheads,” she told New Weekly overnight.

Paxton, who was vying for Matthew “Matty J” Johnson’s heart, said she asked to leave the reality TV program two weeks before she was eliminated.

“(Matty J) did the jerk move of, ’You know, you’re really great and all but see ya later!’ He gives you a lot of compliments and then sends you home,” she told the magazine.

“I was trying to hide my excitement. I had the feeling I was going, so I was prepared for it and I was looking forward to seeing my family. Like, the thought of seeing my family after not seeing them for so long.

“I did want Matty to get to know me more on a single date, so you do kind of hang in there with the hope you will get one. Matty on his season got a single date really late and he and Georgia formed a great connection.

“You weren’t sure if it was going to be the same this time around, so you just live on hope basically.”

The Bachelor airs again tonight at 7.30pm on Channel 10
