All White

It was a white wash on the Brownlow red carpet with a swag of WAGs sporting the shade of the moment. Uber-WAG Rebecca Judd didn’t disappoint in a magnificent white high-neck gown with tiered skirt from J’Aton. Kylie Brown, Erin Maxwell and Nadia Bartel all dazzled in the crisp colour, while stylist Renee Enright took a risk with embellished pants and white blazer.

Chalk it Up

Chalky pastels were a highlight of the night with Ruby Keddie and Bernie Vince’s partner, Abbie Noonan, reflecting some of the prettiest pastels of the season. Jesinta Campbell, who attended the Swans’ Brownlow dinner in Sydney, opted for an understated powdery blue hue frock with a sleek and chic silhouette and one-shoulder detail.

Sheer Delight

Gone are the days of flashing flesh at the Brownlow. On the red carpet skin was veiled in sheaths of fabric, still thin enough to see through. Among the girls who opted for the modern look were Jordan Papalia, Jessie Habermann, Rachael Finch and Emma Clapham, who, in homage to her country roots, made a glamour statement in a merino wool gown by Aje with subtle sheer panelling on the sleeves and skirt split.

Golden Girls

Gold was a popular choice, most notably on Belinda Riverso in a figure-hugging sequined frock by Julie Simonelli. Jordan Lewis’s partner, Lucy Freer, in Silvana Tedesco and Elise Swallow both chose full skirts in the glimmering hue for football’s night of nights.

Jewelly Scrumptious

Jewel tones in ruby red, deep sapphire and emerald green added a dash of colour to Brownlow night. Midnight blue was a stylish standout on Alex Davis in sophisticated Julie Simonelli while Julie Dal Santo opted for an embellished emerald gown and Kate Lawrence chose her partner’s “swan song” shade at Sydney’s Brownlow dinner.
