There’s no laying low for million-dollar Paris Ow-Yang

Many are pleading with her to “lay low” following her DUI arrest, however it turns out there’s a million reasons why she continues to post on social media.

Many are pleading with her to “lie low” following her alleged DUI arrest, however it turns out there’s a million reasons why Paris Ow-Yang continues to post on social media.

Saturday Confidential can reveal the model has earned more than a million dollars since January thanks to her Only Fans account.

It’s the reason the 18-year-old jetted off to LA, just days after her DUI arrest.

Ow-Yang was presented with an award by her LA agent for earning the most amount of money in the shortest period of time.

“Paris is in a unique situation in that she started out on Tik Tok and got an enormous following thanks to her racy content,” one insider said.

It comes as Ow-Yang is said to be struggling with the negative attention since she was charged with high-range drink driving.

Ow-Yang on Friday shared an image of herself in a bikini which she captioned, “hot girl summer”.

“Paris just wants the chatter about the alleged drink driving to go away,” another insider said. “But she’s not exactly doing anything to lie-low.”

Saturday Confidential last week revealed those close to her expressed concern over possible red flags that suggested Ow-Yang was acting in a self-destructive way prior to her embarrassingly public crash.

Police allege Ow-Yang blew 0.213 when she hit a Mercedes people mover on Wolseley Rd, in Point Piper, following a night at Justin Hemmes hot spot, Totti’s.

The alleged incident comes off the back of a number of personal battles.

Her parents divorce, bullying and a recent break-up all contributed to Ow-Yang being in a “particularly vulnerable state”, according to friends.

“Growing up Paris was a happy, carefree teenager with a love for show jumping at her parents sprawling Southern Highlands home,” one friend said. “But that all changed in recent years.

“Her parents divorce was the first major hurdle in her life. Couple this with bullying at school and you’ve got a vulnerable young girl.”

The Frensham School graduate then began dating socialite and nightclub tycoon Julian Tobias when she was just 17 year’s old and reportedly fell in love with the 44-year-old.

“The break-up with Julian Tobias tipped her over the edge,” another friend said.

If convicted of high range drink driving, Ow-Yang could face up to 18-months in jail or a $3300 fine.

WEDDED BLISS NO BOMBSHELL

Model Natasha Oakley is still riding the high of her lavish Italian wedding, four months after tying the knot.

The blonde bombshell, who won’t reveal whether or not she is taking husband Theo Chambers’ surname, said: “I think it will still take a while to comedown from our wedding. Ha!

“It was everything we had hoped for and so much more.”

Oakley, who began dating Chambers four years ago, said making their love official had changed the dynamic of their relationship.

“We’re two very independent people but I feel now we’ve let our guard down to become dependent on one another – which feels really special,” she said.

With the cost of living becoming too much for many, the annual Garage Sale Trail couldn’t be better timed.

Branded “Australia’s festival of pre-loved stuff” the sale was born 11 years ago and has gained momentum with registrations at an all-time high.

Among those promoting the annual event are ambassadors Barry Du Bois and Chrissy Flanagan.

“Garage Sale Trail was born in Bondi and I was a part of it the first year. I just loved that a single day could bring a whole community together,” Du Bois said.

Meanwhile, Flanagan hopes to offload some questionable pieces at her sale.

“I’m selling my one-off hand sewn creations, which are women’s clothes size 14-20,” she said.

“These include a chicken and egg themed jumpsuit and a dress I hand dyed,” Flanagan told Saturday Confidential.

Krissy Marsh.
Krissy Marsh.

Why did you sign up to the show?

I had such a great time on Season 1 that, after careful consideration, I decided I couldn’t let the opportunity pass.

Who should the 8th housewife be? Why?

Denise Billinghurst (my mum) – because she is a cracker. Dee always knows how to have a good time and has the best life advice to offer – usually over a glass of champagne.

Housewife you most relate to and why?

I really related to Nicole.

We share similarities in our views on a lot of things, particularly when it comes to family and forming a strong support network.

They say you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with – so I think your social circle and the company you keep are two very important decisions.

Best Real Housewives series? (E.g. Beverly Hills, Melbourne, Sydney, Orange County, Miami, New York etc.)

Beverly Hills

Best dressed? (on the RHOS cast)

Each of the cast members offers a unique style and eloquently express the beauty of femininity in their own manner.

The series is a true celebration of style.

There are so many gorgeous and jaw-dropping outfits to see on the show.

Biggest lesson learned after appearing on the show?

Don’t mix your Fruit & Veg. If this doesn’t make sense to you watch episode 2.

Most high maintenance housewife?

I think I’d have to say Terry. She spends hours getting ready but comes out looking flawless.
