A model, Rama-Ellis, 43, is of royal blood — her great-uncle is the King of Denpasar — but it wasn’t her Balinese legacy that propelled into the beauty business but her marriage to swimmer Klim, the pair successfully co-founding the skincare brand MILK & Co before splitting.
