SAMANTHA Jade appears to have found love.
The popular singer went public with her relationship with music executive Pat Handlin at the ARIA Awards last week.
Handlin is the much respected son of Sony Music boss Denis and works for the label as vice president of A & R Australia and New Zealand.
He has been responsible for the successes of some of our biggest artists including The Veronicas, Jessica Mauboy, Louis Tomlinson, Justice Crew and Guy Sebastian.
The pair met through their shared love of music and the industry and are understood to have been together for a while.
They have, however, been extremely private about their lives outside work.
The pair sat front row next to each other at the ARIA Awards last Tuesday night.
Friends say the relationship is definitely serious. “They are very happy together,” a source said.
“They love music and share a whole bunch of friends in the industry. It just clicked and felt right.”
Jade is one of our most loved pop singers, having enjoyed chart success with hits including Firestarter, What You’ve Done To Me and Always.
She signed to Sony Music after winning The X Factor in 2012.
