Why model Simone Holtznagel is posting less lingerie photos on Instagram

Model Simone Holtznagel says we don’t need to see another “half-dressed chick” on Instagram, and that’s why she is showing off her other skills to get fans talking.

Simone Holtznagel does not want her Instagram feed to be a sea of lingerie pics.

Having made a living for more than a decade as one of our top swim and underwear models, the past year of the pandemic has seen the 27-year-old showcase her many other talents — in the kitchen and behind a bar.

“I get so much interaction when I post especially cooking stuff or making cocktails,” Holtznagel said. “I think it is kind of refreshing for people to see, rather than just another chick half-dressed on Instagram. I could post a photo in lingerie or swimwear every day but it gets a bit old after a while.”

Holtznagel looking racier as the face of Bras N Things’ exclusive Vamp lingerie collection.

Holtznagel rose to fame on the 2011 season of Australia’s Next Top Model and later on I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here!.

She has spent much of the past several years based in the US, where she has done major campaigns for Guess Jeans and a cover of Playboy magazine.

“I have always been interested in cooking but now with my social media, I get so much interaction and traction on it, it is kind of crazy,” she said. “I have been trying to show more of that side of my life. It is an avenue I am looking at exploring.”
