Celebrity chef Khanh Ong has the fitness bug.
The former MasterChef and I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here! contestant has vowed to keep going after undergoing a major body transformation that has led to him appearing on the latest cover of Men’s Health magazine.
“We are about to do it all again because I want to get bigger over the next two months and then shred over the next two -and-a-half months after so that I am in even better shape,” Ong told Confidential.
“I am just going to keep going. I feel like this wasn’t the pinnacle, I want to keep getting fitter and fitter just because it is quite addictive.”
Ong warned punters to work with health professionals when anyone looked at their diet and fitness.
Along with Thrive health coach Matty Boland, he will launch a training and food program called Khanh’s Kitchen on Friday.
The 32-year-old sought the help of Boland and STRONG pilates, founded by Michael Ramsey and Mark Armstrong, to help achieve his body makeover.
“I am still a big eater. I work in food, I eat all day every day,” he said.
“This is the fittest I have ever been. Even when I was working out a lot, I was never even close to what I am now.”
