Not one to shy away from telling a few home truths, Real Housewives of Sydney star Krissy Marsh has released a podcast in which she does exactly that.

Vodka Lectures with Krissy Marsh is out this week, whereby the mother of three shares her thoughts on everything from relationships to financial advice.

“It started with me and my nieces, I would tell them what they are doing with their life, what they aren’t doing, and that is how Vodka Lectures started,” Marsh told Confidential.

“They’ll be like, ‘do you know what you said to me last night?’ And I would be like, ‘yep, because you need to do it’. It is the hard truths of life, that people are so afraid to tell people these days because everyone is so politically correct and you can’t say to someone to pull your finger or get over that break-up and move on. It is the stuff that can be uncomfortable that people maybe don’t want to say.”

Marsh is one of the stars of BINGE series, Real Housewives of Sydney, of which a new season will premiere over the coming months.

On it, she is joined by the likes of Terry Biviano, Sally Obermeder, Nicole O’Neil, Kate Adams, Caroline Gaultier and Victoria Montano.

“Everyone knows the shit that they have to do within themselves but it is just structuring it,” Marsh explained, refusing to apologise for her no-filter attitude.

“And so that is what this podcast is about, tiny bites of ways to change your life. I would love people to do the same to me as well, that is what is important in life.

“People need to be real, we are here for such a short time, you’ve got to make the most of it.”
