Ray Hadley’s morning radio ratings have risen despite a string of bullying claims.
Hadley’s show on 2GB jumped by 1.9 percentage points to a whopping leading share of 16.4 per cent of the overall morning market with his show on air from 9am
Hadley has been plagued by bullying and harassment claims over his last few months on air.
In the all important breakfast timeslot, according to the second GfK survey of the year, 2GB’s Alan Jones enjoyed yet again another spike of 1.2 percentage points to a share of 16.4 per cent that sees him continue his reign as king of Sydney radio.

“The figures again reinforce the fact that Macquarie Media really needs to resign Alan Jones to breakfast,” commentator and Mediaweek editor James Manning. “It is also a good result for KIIS FM.
Not only did Kyle and Jackie O improve their lead as number one FM breakfast show, the station overall increased across morning and afternoon, where it has faced challenges in past surveys.
As part of the KIIS daytime resurgence, Will and Woody have overtaken Kate, Tim, and Marty on Nova and Hughesy and Kate on 2Day FM.
Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O jumped 1.4 of a percentage point to a share of 11.4 per cent, ahead of ABC Sydney at 10.3 per cent (down 0.1), smoothFM at 8 per cent (down 0.5), WSFM at 7.9 per cent (down 0.3) and Nova 96.9 at 6.9 per cent (up 0.5).
On the AM dial, 2GB’s Ben Fordham is number one between 3pm and 6pm with an 11.3 per cent share.
ABC Sydney increased 1.1 of a percentage point to a 10.4 per cent share of the market, ahead of smoothFM’s Byron Webb with his 10.3 per cent share (up 0.1) and 2GB’s Ben Fordham with his share of 10.2 per cent (up 0.7).
KIIS duo Will McMahon and Woody Whitelaw enjoyed a 1.8 percentage point increase to share of 8.7 per cent (up 1.8), ahead of Nova’s Kate Ritchie, Tim Blackwell and Marty Sheargold at 8.4 per cent (up 0.1).
Across all stations, 2GB rose 1.1 percentage points to its continued lead share of 14.5 per cent of the overall market, ahead of smoothFM at 9.5 per cent (down 0.2), KIIS FM at 9.1 per cent (up 1.4), ABC Sydney at 8.8 per cent (down 0.1), WSFM at 7.9 per cent (down 0.9) and Nova at 6.6 per cent (up 0.1).
