Pop queen Beyonce is likely to play Sydney’s Allianz Stadium in November.
The American superstar, who made history this week at the Grammy Awards, recently announced world tour dates but is yet to schedule officially Australia and New Zealand.
Confidential can reveal the Break My Soul singer is firming up dates in the middle of November across Australia.
Tour promotion juggernaut Live Nation is behind the shows.
Beyonce’s Renaissance World Tour kicks off in Stockholm on May 10 with dates booked through to September 27, when she plays at New Orleans.
Allianz is limited to just six concerts a year currently due to noise restrictions and regulations that came into play after a Rolling Stones gig some three decades ago.
Robbie Williams is booked to play Allianz on November 16, while Sir Elton John played two shows in January, leaving three further dates for 2023 at Allianz.
Depending on the configuration, the venue can hold between 35,000 and 45,000 punters.
Of course the stadium is primed for music with a $828 million overhaul and relaunch at the end of last year. It is purpose-built for superstar global shows like Beyonce with a push underway to lift restrictions given the calibre of international artists lining up to play the venue.
It has of course been a huge week for Queen Bey, who picked up four gongs at the Grammy’s and became the most awarded artist in the event’s 65 year history. She controversially however lost out in the Album of the Year category to Harry Styles.
