Nude artist Dina Broadhurst pulls multimillion-dollar mansion from market

Rumours that Dina Broadhurst was struggling to sell her $11.5m Sydney home appear to be off the mark, with insiders saying the nude artist has other plans for it.

It turns out Dina Broadhurst’s harbourfront home has been taken down from real estate listings because the artist is thinking twice about parting with it.

Broadhurst first listed her Darling Point home for $11.5m a few months ago, however our spies noticed it was no longer advertised.

Initial queries suggested the 48-year-old may have been struggling to sell the apartment, however it turns out the mother-of-one is in fact considering keeping the newly renovated property.

Broadhurst and her ex, property developer Max Shepherd, had purchased the three-bedroom apartment for $5.2m in 2022 and put millions into renovating it.

The now-deleted online listing stated: “This newly recreated residence impresses with its house-like scale and bespoke interiors with 280sqm of indoor-outdoor living space flowing to a sunlit garden with beautiful water views across Double Bay to Redleaf Pool and Seven Shillings Beach.

“With level access from the garage and street, the apartment occupies the entire ground floor of a duplex mansion in one of Darling Point’s most elite tree-lined addresses.”

Insiders on Saturday said the property had generated significant interest.

Broadhurst split with Shepherd in mid-2023 after a 4½-year relationship, but they continue to be close friends.

She has since dated wealthy pub owner Stuart Laundy and Winnings appliances heir John ‘Herman’ Winning, but the latter recently split.
