Noah Cyrus won’t let her haters have the last word.
The July songstress, 24, took to her Instagram Story Monday to defend herself against the critics who called her out for liking her former brother-in-law Liam Hemsworth’s gym selfie.
“There’s no greater joy than seeing y’all get sOOOOOOO angry over the dumbest s--t it’s so entertaining and funny,” she wrote in a since-deleted post.
“Who gives a f--k.”
Noah’s comments come after she was labelled “messy” by fans who slammed her for liking the thirst trap of Miley Cyrus’ ex-husband posted to Instagram over the weekend.
The Australian actor, 34 — who was married to Noah’s older sister Miley Cyrus from 2018 to 2020 — posted the photo to Instagram on Saturday showing off his muscled arms in a singlet and pair of Adidas trackpants.
“#Legday,” the youngest Hemsworth brother captioned the post.
“A massive thank you to everyone that has watched ‘Land of Bad!’ The feedback has been awesome. Extremely grateful for all the love and support!”
After deleting the retort from her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, Noah toned down her response by instead posting a loved-up photo of herself and her fiance, fashion designer Pinkus.
She commented one small pink heart emoji. Noah announced her engagement in June 2023.
This latest blow up comes amid rumours of an alleged family feud brewing within the Cyrus clan, after reports that the sisters’ mother, Tish Cyrus, began dating her now husband Dominic Purcell after he previously was romantically involved with Noah.
Like Miley’s ex-husband Liam, Purcell is also an Australian actor, most well known for his role in the television series Prison Break.
According to Us Weekly, Noah and Purcell were allegedly dating for around eight or nine months before Tish began pursuing him.
Upon news of the relationship, one source close to the Flowers singer, 31, revealed to People Magazine: “Miley had no idea about the drama with Dominic. No idea at all.”
“[Miley] confronted her mum about it. She thinks it’s a strange situation, but she loves her mum and wants her to be happy,” the insider continued at the time.
Tish, 56, and Purcell, 54, confirmed their relationship to the public in November 2022. They eventually married in a ceremony held in maid-of-honour Miley’s backyard nine months later — just over a year after Tish filed for divorce from her ex-husband Billy Ray Cyrus.
Neither Noah Cyrus nor Braison Cyrus were in the bridal party (whereas Miley Cyrus, Brandi Cyrus, and Trace Cyrus were).
Instead, Noah and Braison seemingly spent the day hanging out at Walmart and posted a selfie in which Noah wore a Billy Ray Cyrus T-shirt.
Tish recently admitted she and Purcell have begun therapy on her daughter Brandi’s podcast, Sorry We’re Stoned.
“These are definitely issues. … Because I love him, I’m dealing with the issues,” the music manager and producer said.
“I’m so easily offended,” she said, adding, “He is just very blunt — like, there is no warm and fuzzy.”
Miley Cyrus left Billy Ray out of her Grammys acceptance speech in February 2024, although she shared an embrace with her mother Tish after accepting the Grammy for Flowers.
