Two Married At First Sight contestants have said booze played a major factor in the way they acted on screen.
Martha Kalifatidis revealed that she was “100 per cent” intoxicated on the show.
“What you see is drunk me,” she told Confidential. “That’s me drunk — well and truly.”
The 30-year-old was upfront when asked if she had any regrets about her behaviour while under the influence.
“Oh yeah, massively, but that’s life,” she said. “You live and you learn. We all have regrets after a few drinks.”

Kalifatidis’ comments about being inebriated while filming the reality show come just a day after Jessika Power told Confidential she was drunk during the series.
And in an other bizarre revelation, Power also blamed alcohol for enhancing her lip filler and making her lips appear larger than they really are.
“I spoke to my surgeon the other day because I brought it up with her and said ‘everyone’s saying my lips are so big’ and she said it’s normal for anyone with lip fillers, when you drink they swell,” Power said.
Meanwhile, Kalifatidis said she was “over” being told she looks like a Kardashian.
“At first I thought it (being likened to a Kardashian) was a compliment, but now I feel like everyone’s saying it in a horrible way and I just think, like, OK, so anybody with dark hair and dark eyes and that wears makeup is a Kardashian?”
“I’m just over hearing now because it’s not saying it in a nice way, they’re saying it like, ‘you’re a try hard or you’re a wannabe,’ and that’s the last thing that I am,” she said.
“I’m a wog, I look like a wog, like any wog girl that wears makeup and is groomed now just wants to be a Kardashian, I don’t get it, but it’s a compliment I guess, sure.”
Kalifatidis also did her best to shut down any speculation that producers forced contestants to do things against their will.
“My mantra for 2019 is going to be taking responsibility, and I’m not going to comment on that,” she said.
“I’m not going to say I was forced to do anything, because to force someone you have to be like, tortured or something, forcing someone to do something is quite extreme.”
“I’m just going to say, I’m taking responsibly for my actions.”
