MARRIED At First Sight’s experts have failed to deliver — all but one couple on the show have broken up.
Sarah Roza and Telv Williams are the latest couple to announce a split.
Roza yesterday confirmed persistent rumours she and Williams had broken up.
She commented on the breakup on Instagram, hinting that the fan-favourite couple had had a major blow-up, and saying that she couldn’t allow her “innate standards to be compromised”.
“I know that nobody is perfect yet I am at that stage in my life where the foundation of basic respect & support from my partner is crucial,” she wrote.
“As a woman I know what I truly deserve & I just can’t allow my innate standards to be compromised.
“I truly wish only the absolute best for Telv because I undoubtedly will always love & care very deeply for him, but ultimately I deserve someone who shares the same life goals & aspirations as I do.”
Williams, who has moved from Perth to Melbourne since the show, was spotted at Melbourne’s Formula One Grand Prix without his wedding ring on Friday.
With Roza and Williams following in the footsteps of the other couples on the show, it means John Robertson and Melissa Walsh are the only pair coupled together on show who have not announced a split.
Charlene Perera also confirmed she had broken up with her TV groom Patrick Miller last week.
Married At First Sight has solidified itself as a hit show but its strike rate of successful pairings has been limited.
Only a handful of the couples who have been matched on the show over the course of its four seasons are still together.
