She’s intentionally kept an extremely low profile following her highly publicised court case against Bruce Lehrmann but TV personality Lisa Wilkinson is out and about again, looking fresh and relaxed.

She’s intentionally kept an extremely low profile of late, following her highly publicised court case against Bruce Lehrmann, however TV personality Lisa Wilkinson is out and about once again.

Confidential was surprised but happy to see Wilkinson at the launch of wellness brand Vegamour‘s new GRO+ Advanced Hair Serum last Thursday afternoon.

Wilkinson seemed relaxed and happy as she mingled with numerous guests including Simone Holtznagel, Amy Castano, Lily May Mac and Claudia Bonifazio at Bondi Icebergs.

The intimate lunch was perhaps a way for Wilkinson to ease back into the Sydney social scene, following the enduring court case.

She has been under scrutiny in recent years due to her report on Brittany Higgins on TV panel show The Project, and also a speech she gave at The Logies in 2022.

Mr Lehrmann lost his defamation action against Network Ten and Wilkinson earlier this year, which was brought over the interview with Ms Higgins when she first alleged she’d been raped.

Five months ago, Wilkinson addressed the media to say she hoped women would find strength in a judge’s finding that Mr Lehrmann raped Ms Higgins on the balance of probabilities.

“Today the federal court has found that I published a true story about a rape in a federal minister’s office at Parliament House in March of 2019,” she said. “I sincerely hope this judgment gives strength to women around the country.”

Justice Michael Lee dismissed Mr Lehrmann’s defamation case against Wilkinson and Channel 10 over a story aired on The Project in February 2021 in which Ms Higgins claimed she was raped by a Liberal staffer.
