POP Princess Kylie Minogue has danced her way to the top of the charts. Minogue’s latest album, Golden, has debuting at number one on both the Australian and UK charts.
The album, with the first single Dancing, is Minogue’s 14th and has become her fifth number one record. Her first since Kiss Me Once in 2014.
It’s also just the second time this year an Australian artist has taken out the top spot on the album charts, with Minogue following in the footsteps of Vance Joy.
The album has been as much as a success across oceans, reaching number one in the UK. Minogue took to Instagram to thank her fans, saying she was “overwhelmed” with the support she’d received.
