A new girlfriend has ushered in a shift in residential tastes for radio king Kyle Sandilands, who is believed to have shacked up in refined new digs in swanky Woollahra.
Located just a pebble toss from the new $10m pad bought by his KIIS co-anchor Jackie O, Sandilands – along with lady love Tegan Kynaston – has settled into a stately home on Edgecliff Rd, which he is understood to be renting for $5000 a week.
The ultra-private three-storey home, built in 1923, boasts seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, an all-weather gas-heated swimming pool, three-car garage and a vast outdoor entertaining area which Sunday Confidential understands has been well-used since the pair moved in last month.
The elegant manor house is a marked departure from the Mosman mansion Sandilands shared with ex Imogen Anthony – a slightly flashier abode complete with animal skin rug, black grand piano, life-size giraffe statue and, of course, Anthony’s crystal-encrusted altar.
And while Sandilands and Kynaston settle into their love nest, Anthony has taken another step on her quest for a career in fashion and film, and signed with talent manager Max Markson.
“I’m looking forward to working with Max and furthering my career in the fashion and film industry as well as increasing my work with animals,” Anthony – an animal rescue devotee – said in a statement on Saturday.
