Wellness influencer Ashy Bines is encouraging women to “try new things” after copping criticism for posting a raunchy lap dance she performed for her husband.
The mum of two shared a video to Instagram showing her in black lingerie, heels and knee pads as she gave hubby Steven Evans a sultry performance during a date night dance class.
While the 35-year-old was slammed by “one Karen”, Bines said her inbox was “overflowing” with praise from supportive women.
“100 per cent empowered me, I’ve been single for four years, but I enjoy watching women embrace themselves,” one wrote.
“WOW LOVE LOVE! You are amazing you have inspired me!,” another commented.
The positive messages came after Bines was called out for being “too much”, criticism she brushed off.
“Judgy Karens just unfollow if this is too much for you,” she wrote in a statement.
“I also get it. I used to feel uncomfortable watching this type of content too.
“But I’m so grateful for the women who posted and inspired me to give it a go, have more fun, connect with my body more and after becoming a mum, realise I can still feel sexy, be sexy and after 17 years with Steve, can proudly say we are more connected and alive than ever.
The 35-year-old further encouraged women who might be feeling disconnected from their bodies or wanting to add more fun and pleasure to their lives, to step out of their comfort zones and try something new.
Bines was also joined by a group of close friends for the “risque” girls’ night.
