Mum Kyly Clarke says there’s no special secret to her ripped body.
The wife of Australian cricketing great Michael Clarke showed off her toned stomach as she made her way up the red carpet for the Sydney opening night of the Chicago stage musical on last night.
“I love going to the gym, everyone knows that, and I love my barre classes, I also do Muay Thai fighting,” she told Confidential. “I just mix it up. I train every day and I mix it up and love it. It is really good for your mind and is a great way to keep healthy.”
Clarke, 38, wore a revealing Rachel Gilbert top and skirt combo with black heels, Pierre Winter Fine Jewel earings, necklace and bracelet and her hair down at the event that was held at the Capitol Theatre.
She shared the carpet with the likes of Sam Frost, Kerri-Anne Kennerley, Penny McNamee and Barry Humphries.
The interior designer, who used to be a dancer and model, is mum to three-year-old daughter, Kelsey Lee, who takes weekly tennis lessons.
“I’ve started to play tennis,” she said. “Kelsey Lee is getting really good at tennis and so I have started taking some lessons. That has been great cardio and great for your arms and just a lot of fun.”
Asked if she has a six or eight pack, she laughed: “I don’t know, you’ll have to ask Michael.”
