Glamour WAGs Nadia Bartel and Rebecca Judd return to Brownlow Medal red carpet

REBECCA Judd and Nadia Bartel say they are excited to be going to the 2018 Brownlow Medal after a few years away from the red carpet.

QUEEN WAGs Nadia Bartel and Rebecca Judd will be back on the Brownlow red carpet this year.

Bartel, wife of former winner and Geelong champion Jimmy Bartel, has not been to football’s night of nights since 2016.

Pregnant with her second child, Bartel will be only three weeks shy of her due date when she walks the red carpet at Crown next Monday.

“It is hard to work out what to wear, but I’ve got a long dress so you won’t see my shoes,” Bartel said.

“It’s going to be good, there’s a bunch of us going and it’s good Bec is going as well.

“To not have been for a while, you get really excited about going.

“We don’t have many red-carpet events in Australia, and it’s nice to support the boys.”

Bartel previously walked the carpet when pregnant with her first child, Aston.

Judd, wife of dual Brownlow medallist Chris Judd, has not been to the event since 2015.

Always a standout in a gown by J’Aton, Judd’s return will be highly anticipated.

In September 2016, she gave birth to twin boys, and last year decided not to attend.

Bartel has some simple advice for those wanting to get noticed.

“Just be comfortable and love what you’re wearing,’’ Bartel said.

“Just think everyone is in the same boat as you. It’s super exciting and don’t compare yourself to anyone. Just enjoy yourself and have a fun night.”
