Former reality TV couple Georgia Love and Lee Elliott have put their Victorian home on the market, five months after announcing their split.
The high-profile pair, who first met on the 2016 season of The Bachelorette are selling the Hampton East pad with a price range of $1.5 million to $1.58 million. They purchased the ultra-modern property in 2021 for an estimated $1.35 million.
Set on a 269 sqm block just 30 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD, the chic residence features a spacious open-plan living and dining area, a sleek kitchen with a waterfall-edge Caesarstone island, and glossy white cabinetry.
There is a big outdoor deck with a barbecue kitchen accessed through twin bi-fold doors and a stylish main bathroom with a double vanity and modern freestanding bath.
Other features include Tasmanian oak floors, a double garage, hydronic heating, blockout blinds, soaring ceilings and double glazing.
Hampton cafes, the beach, shops and Highett train station are also nearby.
The couple broke the news of their separation with identical posts on Instagram in February.
“After nine wonderful years together, including four as husband and wife, have made the incredibly difficult decision to lovingly part ways,” they wrote.
“Our relationship has been so special and we will always cherish the memories, love, and laughter we’ve shared.
“There is no drama, no bad blood. Just two people who have grown in different directions while still holding deep respect and care for each other.”
Speculation that the couple may have split had been swirling for a number of months after Love was seen without her engagement or wedding rings.
The pair also spent Christmas apart with their respective families before Love jetted off to New York City for a holiday without Elliot.
