AUSTRALIA’S Francesca Hung feels the weight of representing her country in the Miss Universe final in Bangkok in December.
After several years of missing out on the crucial top 16 cut, Hung, 24, said she is determined to break Australia’s losing streak.

“I would love to make the top 16. I want to put Australia back on the board in the competition,” she said.
“And I do feel a bit of the pressure to do that.”
As part of her effort to do well in the competition, Hung exercises five or six times a week and eats a healthy diet.
“I have a home gym which makes things easy. It is about being healthy and feeling ready for the finals which will be an intense two weeks,” she said.
The northern beaches girl, who is signed with Sydney agency Chic, is busy with her day job of modelling. “The modelling has really picked up since winning,” she said.
