A heavily tattooed former bikie has turned over a new leaf, reinventing himself on social media and making big bucks in the process.

The world of TikTok may seem a long way removed from the rough and tumble of the bikie world, but it is proving to be lucrative for reformed enforcer Moudi Tajjour.

Tajjour made a name for himself as a heavily tattooed member of the Nomads OMCG, but after leaving the club a few years ago has turned to social media — and amassed a large following in the process.

His most recent social media venture onto TikTok has been a massive success.

Tajjour told The Daily Telegraph that in the space of a few months, support from followers has seen him rake in more than $250,000.

“From the first day it just went viral,” he said. “Some guy challenged me and was talking shit about me, so I challenged him back and from there they (his followers) started gifting me and it didn’t stop.” Followers can pay to “gift” things to TikTok users, which the social media giant then turns into cash payments for the user.

Tajjour revealed that since joining, he has spent six weeks as the highest earner across Australia and New Zealand.

“I’ve made heaps — $250,000, that’s the easy estimate,” he said.

“When I joined I thought it was just another social media, I never thought in a million years this is what it would be like. I’m the king of TikTok.”

When asked if it had helped him to turn his back on the bikie lifestyle, Tajjour admitted it had.

“It does,” he said. “It helps me give more to charities too, which I do a lot. But still for some reason TikTok won’t make my page verified.”

The 38-year-old recently moved from Sydney to the Gold Coast where his young son Gabriel lives.

Tajjour said he was enjoying the warmer weather and being more involved in his son’s life.

“It’s good up here, I’m with my son and we’re just going to Dream World and Movie World every day,” he said.

“The cops leave me alone up here too, they actually say hello when I walk past, it wasn’t like that in NSW.

“I just signed a lease today, so I’m staying here — the plan is to stay here forever.”
