Elon Musk and Australian actress Natasha Bassett in long-term on-off relationship

Despite recently welcoming his second child with musician Grimes, it can be revealed that Elon Musk and Aussie actress Natasha Bassett have been dating on and off for many years.

It turns out the relationship between Elon Musk and Aussie actress Natasha Bassett is nothing new.

Sunday Confidential can reveal the pair have actually been dating on and off for many years, having met on the social scene in Los Angeles years ago.

“Elon and Natasha have been in an on-again, off-again relationship for a few years,” one source told Confidential.

“I think their relationship is quite tumultuous, especially with him having the same sort of on-again, off-again type of relationship with Grimes.”

Despite news breaking this week that Musk had welcomed his second child with ex-partner Grimes via surrogate, we can reveal Musk and Bassett are still very much “in a monogamous relationship”.

They were most recently seen together disembarking Musk’s private jet after his plane touched down in LA last month.

Bassett, 27, who grew up in Sydney and relocated to New York at the age of 19 to attend drama school, follows Musk’s mother, model and author Maye Musk, on Instagram, which would suggest she has met his family.

Their relationship was made public last month after publication Hollywood Life identified Bassett as the woman seen on his private jet.

Since then her social media following has grown exponentially.

Prior to being linked to the world's richest man, Bassett would usually garner around 1000 likes per post. After news broke they may be an item, that quickly jumped to 50,000-plus likes.

It was revealed this week Musk and ex Grimes had welcomed a baby girl in December, who they named Exa Dark Sideræl Musk.

The pair welcomed a boy in 2020, who they called X Æ A-Xii.

Musk has spoken about their unique relationship in the past, telling the New York Post: “We are semi-separated but still love each other, see each other frequently and are on great terms.”

Grimes said: “I would probably refer to him as my boyfriend, but we’re very fluid.

“We just have our own thing going on and I don’t expect other people to understand it.”
