Chris Hemsworth fuels Thor trailer rumours with Matt Damon, Taika Waititi

Speculation over the new Thor movie trailer is rife after Chris Hemsworth was seen with his co-star and the film’s director.

Hollywood actor Chris Hemsworth set social media alight on Sunday after posting a photo alongside his Thor: Love and Thunder co-star Matt Damon and director Taika Waititi.

The trio posed for a group shot after watching UFC star Robert Whittaker beat Kelvin Gastelum in a televised match.

However it was the caption that had fans in a frenzy, with many wondering whether a new Thor trailer will be released this week.

“Album drops next week #getreadyworld @taikawaititi,” Hemsworth wrote.

Last year, the actor increased his training exercises with the help of his long-time trainer Luke Zocchi to get in shape for his role as Thor.

Filming on the latest instalment of Thor, which is expected to spend around $178 million, began earlier this year at Moore Park’s Fox Studios, Centennial Park and Little Bay.

The cast also includes Natalie Portman, Christian Bale, Tessa Thompson, Jeff Goldblum and more.

Hemsworth’s older brother Luke has been spotted on set after reprising his role as an Asgardian actor while Russell Crowe also has a guest appearance.
