Charlotte Crosby is loving life not being a party animal anymore

After making a name for herself on one of the wildest reality shows of all time, Charlotte Crosby says she’s finally tamed her inner party animal.

British reality star Charlotte Crosby says she’s finally tamed her inner party animal.

“I am tame now … I am tamed,” Crosby told Confidential on the phone from her home in Sunderland.

“I cannot bear the thought of standing in a nightclub. The last time I went to a nightclub, I looked around and I was the oldest person there in a club full of like 17 year olds.”

It is a very different picture to the Crosby the world met on Geordie Shore – partying and living it large with her cast mates.

Crosby, who recently appeared on The Masked Singer Australia, is mum to baby daughter, Alba. She and partner Jake Ankers recently became engaged.

Her reality show – Charlotte in Sunderland – is streaming now on BINGE and she hosts the Charlotte Crosby Always On podcast on Nova Network.

“I like to say that I am an evolution of Charlotte Crosby now,” she said.

“And honestly, I would say it is better. When I went on Geordie Shore right, I don’t know what I thought. I definitely did not think 13 years on I’d be in this position but because I am, I do believe that in 13 years time, maybe I might be in an even better position because it just keeps getting better.”

Looking back to Geordie Shore, Crosby believes she and her castmates wouldn’t get away with much of what they did if the show aired today.

“The world isn’t what it was in the Geordie Shore days, it has become so PG,” she said.

Crosby is loving the quiet life.

“You would never get a show like Geordie Shore today, which is great for me because my daughter is obviously never going to do a show like that. I would never let her go on a show like Geordie Shore. Even Love Island before, they used to show some under the quilt action. Not anymore. They are not allowed to drink on their anymore more than two drinks. It is so strict now. It is a lot tamer than what it was in my day.”

Crosby’s daughter will however be a “superstar in her own right”.

“She is not going to want to go on reality TV because she is literally going to be the most talented little girl in the world,” Crosby said.

“I am telling you now, that girl is going to be a superstar. She is 10 months old and she is already a wild personality. I know she is going to be the next big thing. I am talking as big as Adele.”
