CHANNEL 7 racing commentator Francesca Cumani has split from her Australian polo player husband of four years, Rob Archibald.
The pair, who were married in 2014 and have a two-year-old son together, are believed to have separated amicably, although reports out of the UK have linked Cumani to her racing commentator co-host, fellow Brit Oli Bell.
Bell and Cumani work together at ITV and are expected to be fronting the coverage of Champions Day at Royal Ascot this weekend.
He is son of Rupert Bell, also a racing broadcaster in the UK, and the nephew of horse trainer Michael Bell. Oli captured the Queen’s attention and made headlines earlier this year when he ran onto the Royal Ascot racetrack following a win by his uncle’s horse.
Cumani’s work as a commentator for Channel 7 in Australia and ITV in the UK, meant she and her young family shared their time between Sydney and Europe.
It has been claimed the juggle is the reason behind their split.

The couple first met through a mutual friend in 2012, and again a year later.
In an interview with The Sunday Telegraph’s Stellar magazine last year, Cumani said “there were no games.”
When pressed on whether sibling for Harry was on the cards during the same interview, Archibald said: “we’re not putting any pressure on as far as that. We’d like another one but we won’t have a monster family, I don’t think. We’re too busy and too hectic”.
Cumani, 35, who is prolific on social media, has not shared a photo of Archibald since January this year.
In 2016 following the birth of Harry, the couple purchased a $2.48 million penthouse in Randwick.
As the daughter of prominent UK horse trainer Luca Cumani, she has become a popular figure within the racing scene here and abroad in recent years.
