Candice, Roxy split deepens after SAS fallout

The rift between long-time friends Candice Warner and Roxy Jacenko has grown wider after their public falling out on SAS Australia.

Candice Warner has taken back control of her management after parting ways with publicist Roxy Jacenko.

The mother of three said she will look after her own career going forward with the support of long-time friend Sarah Wagner and PR Keri Kitay.

“I’m really looking forward to working hard going in 2021,” Warner told Confidential.

“It has been a huge year with everything going on, the highlight of course being my amazing children and husband. Work-wise I am excited to sink my teeth into some big projects.”

Some of those projects include working with LEGO in the lead-up to Christmas as well as co-hosting 2GB’s Wide World Of Sports on Wednesday night’s.

The former Ironwoman has also been working with brands including fashion brand Grace Loves Lace and Cricket Australia.

Warner, who is married to champion cricketer David Warner, of course has had somewhat of a career resurgence off the back of appearing as a standout contestant on reality series, SAS Australia.

In the series, she fell out with long-time friend and manager Jacenko, leading to her decision to bring on a new team.

The pair came to blows, literally, after being forced to face-off in a boxing challenge on the reality show.
