Aussie superstar Chris Hemsworth must be working up a Thor-some appetite filming his latest superhero flick if the 37-year-old’s order at an eastern suburbs charcoal chicken eatery yesterday is anything to go by.
The A-lister has been busy on Marvel’s latest flick Thor: Love and Thunder, which is being shot in and around Sydney, with sets built in Centennial Park and at Fox Studios in Moore Park.
But the onscreen god of thunder went out on a wing yesterday, picking up a hefty feed at Chargrill Charlie’s Woollahra store with his personal trainer Luke Zocchi in tow.
Packing in the protein for his brawny role, Hemsworth and Zocchi reportedly ordered a whole chicken, medium chips, a large salad and a signature Chicken Roll.
Chargrill Charlie’s co-owner Ryan Sher said it ”made (staff’s) day” to get a visit from the Hollywood star, who made time to take snaps with employees.
“It was a pleasure welcoming Chris and Luke into our Woollahra store today,” Mr Sher said. “They were totally fuss-free, super friendly and great with our staff.”
