BRIT Davis isn’t afraid to be bold.

The partner of Geelong captain Joel Selwood is ready to make a daring entrance on the red carpet at Monday night’s Brownlow Medal.

“It’s going to be a big change from last year and it’s full on,’’ she said.

“There’s a bit of flesh. I’m not afraid of flesh. It’s still really girlie and elegant and sexy. I haven’t run anything by (Joel) as it’s been all about the football. He’ll just tell me, ‘you look beautiful’.”

Davis, who went to her first Brownlow last year, is being styled by Lana Wilkinson with a gown by Jason Grech.

“I know what I’m in for and I’m bracing for it,’’ she said.

“It’s a fun night and I enjoyed it. I’m excited to do something different.”
