Richard White, the tech billionaire engaged in a messy legal battle with a glamorous beauty entrepreneur who claims she was his former lover, has recently welcomed a new baby with his partner, former criminal lawyer Zena Nasser.

White and Nasser, according to close sources, have become parents to a baby born via surrogate in the US.

The infant, which sources say is a boy, is believed to be Nasser’s second child.

The 43-year-old also has a teenage daughter from a previous relationship.

White, 69, has adult children from a former marriage.

White, Nasser and Double Bay beautician Linda Rogan are the three central characters in one of Sydney’s most fascinating alleged love triangles.

Six weeks ago lawyers for the billionaire tech boss, one of the richest men in the country with a reported $10 billion-plus fortune, served laser clinic operator Rogan with a bankruptcy notice.

The notice came 17 months after Rogan had the WiseTech Global founder served with legal documents purportedly to recoup $92,000 she claimed she was owed for furniture she bought for a $13 million Vaucluse house she alleges White secretly bought in 2022 for her to live in.

In legal documents, White has denied Rogan’s allegations concerning the house and the furniture.

The bankruptcy notice is an attempt by White to recover $92,000 he claims he is owed, after Rogan garnished his bank account thanks to a court order.

An interim suppression order was granted by the Federal Court last week to prevent the release of some documents which include an email his solicitor sent by mistake to Rogan in August.

Rogan’s lawyers are seeking to use the email as part of its argument for the bankruptcy notice to be set aside by the court.

Rogan’s lawyers further claimed in court documents that her sexual relationship with White ended after “being discovered by Ms Nasser”.

Nasser, who hails from Sydney’s south, burst onto the legal scene 20 years ago as an employee of controversial criminal lawyer Brett Galloway.

Once dubbed a “glamour gang lawyer” by The Daily Telegraph, Nasser has represented some of Sydney’s hardest men including members of the Notorious bikie gang, Kings Cross nightclub entrepreneur John Ibrahim and his brothers Michael and Sam.

In 2007 The Australian reported she had been banned from entering NSW prisons for up to two years after she was accused of conducting an inappropriate relationship with a prisoner. No further action was taken at the time.

That ban, and motherhood, which came some years later, may have been catalysts for Nasser moving away from criminal law and into the office of billionaire property developer Harry Triguboff.

Records show that by 2016 she was representing the Meriton boss. It have given her a taste for finer things.

The statuesque Rogan meanwhile, as this columnist reported in March 2023, was among candidates in contention for a spot on the latest series of Foxtel’s Real Housewives of Sydney before original housewife Krissy Marsh gave producers an “it’s me or her” ultimatum after taking a dislike to Rogan.

The 50-ish mother-of-three has been separated from her husband Gil Sartena for several years, however they have continued to live together for the sake of their children, say sources, a situation that has created some scintillating buzz about their seemingly open arrangement.

Neither White nor Rogan could be reached for comment.
