Pop legend Pink was spotted hanging out at an iconic Australian beach on Monday afternoon.
The singer recently landed in Australia to prepare for the latest leg of her world tour which is set to kick off later this month.
She took to social media to share numerous snaps of herself enjoying some time at Bondi Beach with her two children and her husband.
Alongside the pictures she wrote a caption celebrating her arrival Down Under and confessed that it’s been “far too long” since her last visit.
Bondi Beach it’s been too long!!!!!!!” wrote the star. “Bills was delicious, too. ️Soooooooo happy to be back on this side of the world! Thank you beautiful Australia for being our home away from home. Kids are stoked.”
The pop star has had a long-time admiration for Australia and has shown her support for the country during its toughest times.
In 2020, she pledged a $500,000 donation to the country’s fire services when they were on the frontline of the horrific Black Summer bushfires.
Months earlier she thanked Australia’s firefighters for their work, labelling them and other fire rescue employees across the world her “personal heroes”.
“We’re praying and pulling for you and our hearts are with you,” she tweeted in 2019.
Pink kicks off her first-ever stadium tour in Australia later this month. Summer Carnival kicks off at Sydney‘s Allianz stadium on February 9, followed by performances in Newcastle, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.
It’s been almost six years since Pink’s 2018 tour Beautiful Trauma, which entertained just under 560,000 Australian and New Zealand fans.
“I can’t wait to bring the Summer Carnival tour to my home away from home, and smile and sing together until our cheeks hurt. Summer 2024 can’t come soon enough!” said the star when the tour was announced.
The tour is celebrating the singer’s ninth album Trustfall which was released in February last year.
Meanwhile, last year Pink teased that she could end up relocating to Australia full time in the future.
The star, who currently resides in Santa Barbara with her husband Carey Hart and two children – daughter Willow, 11, and son Jameson, 6 – said she’s had thoughts about becoming an Australian citizen.
“Last year, I was thinking about applying for citizenship; I am not even joking,” she told 60 Minutes in an interview.
“I was like, ‘If we’re going somewhere Carey, [Australia] is where we’re going’.”
