Tyra Banks stole the show at the annual Silver Party charity gala in Sydney on Saturday night.
The supermodel, 51, joined a who’s who of Sydney’s philanthropic community to raise money for the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation.
Banks was joined by more than 300 celebrities, rich-listers, models, socialites and executives, including Pip Edwards, Anthony Minichiello and wife Terry Biviano, Karl Stefanovic and wife Jasmine, and Camilla Freeman-Topper.
They all made their way to Justin Hemmes’ multimillion-dollar Vaucluse home The Hermitage to raise money for Sydney’s sickest kids.
Wearing an impeccably fitting pinstripe ensemble — and nailing the Rock Royalty theme — Banks posed for photographers who had braved the rain for the annual event, which had been on a three-year hiatus.
All eyes were also on Hemmes’ partner, Madeline Holtznagel, who could be seen cradling her baby bump as she posed.
Also attending — sporting outfits which fit the old Hollywood glamour, rock-star edge and baroque opulence theme — were Jordan and Bernadette Sukkar, Kate Champion, Robby and Sarah Ingham, Dana Lewis and Nick Tobias, Rebecca Vallance, Tom and Hoda Waterhouse, Guillaume Brahimi, Tamsin and Patrick Johnson, Blainey North, Amber Keating, Rachel and James Cooper, and Nadia Fairfax-Wayne.
The prestigious Silver Party was meant to take place last month, but was cancelled due to the rain.
This year marks the 24th anniversary of the iconic fundraiser. Since its inception, it has raised more than $14 million.
This year, the funds raised will support four essential pillars of paediatric care: a new safe haven providing dedicated mental health services, a new trauma resuscitation zone in the emergency department, the newborn and paediatric emergency transport service, and Kids Research, the largest paediatric research centre in NSW.
“The Silver community has demonstrated incredible generosity over the years, bringing out the best in the generations who come together at our event with heartfelt intentions to support,” Silver Party chair Maree Andrews said.
“As an esteemed committee of industry leaders, Silver has cultivated a powerful alliance with a singular focus: to raise as much as possible for our cause.
“We are truly thrilled to reunite, celebrate and generate essential funds so that kids can lead their best lives.”
