“Made them so happy”: Pink’s incredible gesture with some young fans at her recent Sydney show proves why Australia loves her.

There’s no doubt Australia adores Pink - and new footage from the second night of the local leg of her stadium tour basically proves why.

In a TikTok clip filmed at Sydney’s Allianz Stadium on Saturday, the US pop star spots a young girl holding up a packet of Nerds candy to her as she performs her hit Just Give Me A Reason.

Pink, 44, then heads to the corner of the stage, asking the fan: “Do you think you can throw it?” before deciding to jump down into the crowd herself with the help of two security guards.

As she approaches the child, watching on with her sister, her mum calls out to Pink that it’s actually her birthday.

Pink gasps before wishing her a “Happy birthday” - before proceeding to melt the hearts of everyone in the stadium by clasping hands with the youngster and serenading her.

The girl’s mother posted two clips of the incredible exchange, gushing about the encounter.

“I’m not crying, you are,” she captioned the first, adding “you made my 2 little girls so happy,” on the second.

The So What singer’s highly-anticipated local leg of her Summer Carnival tour is just getting started, with Pink next heading to Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium this weekend.

After that, she’s booked for the Gold Coast and will then travel south to Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium, Adelaide Oval in Adelaide, and finish up at Optus Stadium in Perth before heading to New Zealand.

Pink has long gushed over her connection with Australia, where she’s enjoyed phenomenal success over the years.

For this tour, she’s brought along the whole family: husband Carey Hart, and their two kids, Willow, 12, and James 7.

The family has been spotted soaking up some of Sydney’s most popular tourist attractions during their down time, including Bondi Beach and the Opera House.
