Music star Pink and family have taken time out to visit Bondi before her major Australian tour starts on Friday.
“Bondi Beach it’s been too long!!!!!!!,” she posted on Instagram on Monday.
Pink, husband Carey Hart and their tow kids, Willow, 12, and Jameson, 6, looked to be having a great time as they dined out at Bills cafe and took in some of the highlights of Bondi.
“Bills was delicious, too. ️Soooooooo happy to be back on this side of the world!,” she posted.
“Thank you beautiful Australia for being our home away from home. Kids are stoked.”
The singer, real name Alecia Moore, has long had a special relationship with Australia.
Her Pink’s Summer Carnival tour kicks of in Sydney on Friday. It’s the first of 16 concerts which will also include shows in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Newcastle, Townsville and the Gold Coast.
She also has three dates in New Zealand, with the high-energy tour ending at the end of March.
It’s her first tour of Australia since 2013.
The 44-year-old American singer, songwriter and dancer first toured Australia
in 2000, when she promoted her debut album, Can’t Take Me Home.
She returned to Australia in 2002 and 2003 as part of her world tours, and again in 2007.
She returned to Australia once again in 2009 as part of her Funhouse Tour and most recently, toured Australia in 2013 as part of The Truth About Love Tour.
