Kylie Minogue has dropped more dates for her highly anticipated Australian tour after allocated tickets completely sold out during the first presale.

Australian pop royalty Minogue last week announced she will be bringing her Tension tour Down Under in her biggest tour since her 2011 Aphrodite: Les Folies Tour.

The tour is set to kick off next February at Perth’s RAC Arena before heading to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena, the Brisbane Entertainment Centre and Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena.

Originally slated to perform seven shows across the country, the Padam Padam singer has announced three extra dates following incredible demand during the very first Telstra presale on Tuesday, where all allocated tickets sold out.

Minogue will now play a third show at Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena on February 22, a second at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on February 27, and a third at Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena on March 3, with each show being the final dates to be added to each city.

Minogue earlier said she was “beyond excited” to announce the tour.

“I can’t wait to share beautiful and wild moments with fans all over the world, celebrating the Tension era and more!” she said.

“It’s been an exhilarating ride so far and now, get ready for your close up because I will be calling Lights, Camera, Action … and there will be a whole lot of Padaming!”

News of the new dates comes just a day before Minogue is set to drop the lead single from her upcoming album Tension II.

Titled Lights Camera Action, the song will premiere on Friday following on from the success of her 2023 album Tension, which featured instant hit Padam Padam and has since sold more than 500,000 copies across the globe.

Minogue was initially meant to headline Aussie festival Splendour In The Grass, however promoters quickly released a statement confirming the festival would be “taking the year off”.
