Justin Bieber books Australian stadiums for November 2022 as live music springs back to life

It will be five years between shows in Australia for Justin Bieber, who has confirmed he will bring his Justice world tour here.

Justin Bieber is bringing his Justice world tour to Australian stadiums in November next year.

It will be his first concerts in Australia in more than five years, since the stadium shows in March 2017 on his Purpose world tour which was abruptly cancelled a few months later due to exhaustion after 150 concerts across 40 countries.

After taking time out to recalibrate to make his pop career more “sustainable”, enjoy an extended honeymoon with model wife Hailey and develop his clothing brand Drew, 27-year-old Bieber is back in command of his musical legacy.

He spent a massive 14 consecutive weeks with Aussie pop prince The Kid Laroi at No. 1 on the ARIA charts with their monster hit Stay which is the fastest single to reach the one billion streams milestone on Spotify.

Bieber’s latest single Ghost is likely to leap into the ARIA top 10 this week off the back of the tour announce, while the other Justice smash hit Peaches remains in the top 50 after 33 weeks.

The musician has been sharing photos of him and his band in the rehearsal studio for the Justice tour which will kick off in the US in February.

“We’ve been working hard to create the best show we’ve ever done, and we can’t wait to share it with fans around the world. I’ll see you soon,” Bieber said, as he unveiled the full world tour rundown which finishes in Europe in March 2023.

Bieber’s return to Australian stages comes as a raft of global pop stars – including his mate Laroi – book tours here in 2022.

Music fans will enjoy a ridiculous calendar of big gigs with Billie Eilish and Vance Joy kicking off their national runs in September, Tame Impala and Snoop Dogg playing in October and Guns N’ Roses, Rufus Du Sol, Dua Lipa, The Killers and 5 Seconds Of Summer staging their tours in November 2022.

Bieber’s Australian dates are HBF Park, Perth on November 22, Marvel Stadium, Melbourne on November 26, the new Sydney Football Stadium on November 29 and Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane on December 3.

An AMEX Express members pre-sale launches on November 19, Frontier Touring Members opens on November 22 and general tickets are on sale from November 24.
