ADELE raked in almost $A850,000 every night on her mammoth world tour last year — making her one of the highest-paid performers ever.

New accounts for her firm Remedy Touring, of which she is the only director, show a profit of $18.5 million between October 2015 and April 2016, The Sun reports.

That works out as $844,686 per tour date during that period.

Adele performed 107 dates across Europe and America between February and December last year.

It places the Brit superstar among a group of the wealthiest musicians in the world including icons like Madonna, Bruce Springsteen, U2 and The Rolling Stones.

Yesterday a source said: “Given this was Adele’s first ever world tour her earnings really are incredible.

“If you break it down then she was making more than half a million quid every single night.

“The latest accounts just go up until April, when she was only a few months into the tour, which make it all the more astounding.

“Adele was selling out arena after arena every night so her income would definitely have shot up at the same rate throughout the rest of the year.

“It’s no wonder she was so keen to upgrade to stadiums for her upcoming Australia tour.”

Adele will embark on an 11-date tour of Australia later this month, starting in Perth on February 28.

She will then headline four nights at London’s Wembley stadium this summer.

U2’s 360 Degrees Tour was the highest-grossing concert tour of all time, taking in more than $955 million between 2009 and 2011.

But Madonna is the highest-earning performer in history thanks to her 2008 Sticky & Sweet Tour, which earned her an average of $6.14 million per night.
