HERE comes another one just like the other one. The other one being the 2011 concert doco Justin Bieber: Never Say Never.

Has all that much changed since then? Not really.

As Believe gets down to business, JB almost grows a moustache, then thinks better of it. Getting excited yet? Don't worry, there's still plenty of time if that's what you're here for.

What else is goin' down in Bieber Town? Well, he still tours like a Trojan. Still loves his fans. Still fancies his chances of becoming a 21st century Sinatra when he's older.

Will there be any mention of Justin's recent tawdry tussles with the tabloid media for being caught in certain places where he shouldn't have been?

Not on your life.

Though one of the prime selling angles for Believe is Biebs "opening up like never before", prising any worthwhile insight out of the kid is like trying to teach a pet rock to dance.

Especially when it's director Jon M. Chu asking the "hard" questions. A few soft prods at JB about whether he fears he will become "a celebrity train wreck like Lindsay Lohan" are batted away like pesky mosquitoes.

"Not going to happen to me," oinks Justin. "I have a head on my shoulders."

Indeed he does. And on Believe goes, cutting from scene after scene of Justin kicking back to scene after scene of Justin strutting his stuff on stage.

The live show sequences in Believe are certainly impressive on a production design level, but really, this is just a filmed version of one of those glossy tour programs they flog at arenas. For true Beliebers only.
