Jurassic World extended trailer airs during Superbowl to mass excitement

A NEW trailer for Jurassic World has aired during the Superbowl giving fans another glimpse into the upcoming film. And the internet is loving it.

Jurassic World: Official Super Bowl TV Spot (2015)

THE new Jurassic World movie has featured in the most prized advertising spot of the year — a Superbowl ad.

A 30-second slot in this year's spectacle runs at nearly A$6 million, so the minute long mini-trailer would have cost Universal Pictures a hefty sum.

While a teaser trailer was released two months ago to both excitement and scepticism, the new minute-long clip reveals a greater deal of what moviegoers can expect to see in the much-hyped film.

The frantic pace of the ad depicts a frankenstein-style storyline in which Chris Pratt’s character sets out to bring down a savage dinasour that was created by scientists of the Jurassic World.

There has been plenty of buzz around the flick, with Colin Trevorrow in the director’s chair.

In the wake of the ad airing, Twitter has reliably gone off with excitement over the film’s upcoming release.

Jurassic World will be the fourth instalment in the franchise and the first since 2001. The movie is due to hit cinemas in Australia on July 11, 2015.
