Beauty queen Maria Thattil is strongly tipped to be going after a new title - that of queen of the jungle.
Thattil, the 2020 Miss Universe Australia titleholder, is believed to be one of the stars appearing in the new season of I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here which kicks off on Channel 10 on January 3.
Other names linked to the show include former Collingwood coach Nathan Buckley and Amazing Race Australia host Beau Ryan.
Thattil has wasted no time in capitalising on the opportunities that have stemmed from her finishing in the top 10 at last year’s international final of the Miss Universe quest. A reality show appearance would continue to boost her profile and brand.
Ten is yet to reveal the identity of any of the cast members.
The show was filmed in New South Wales during lockdown in August and September.
