Controversial Married At First Sight contestant Jackson Lonie is threatening legal action against the Kyle and Jackie O Show for airing an Only Fans clip of him getting a sexual favour from his girlfriend, Olivia Frazer.

Lonie, whose family asked him to “keep it classy” if he was to sign up to the X-rated website, has engaged lawyers against ARN and the popular radio duo after they reproduced a clip of the plumber getting a hand job from his partner on their top-rating program on June 9.

“They showed the visual to Dom and Ella (former MAFS contestants) while they were on air, and they described what was going on and started body shaming myself and talking down Liv,” Lonie told Sunday Confidential.

“I was shocked when I heard it on air.

“It was very hypocritical of them. We have been on their show before and they had a crack at Liv because she allegedly did what they have gone and done.”

As a result of the incident being made public, Lonie claims he lost his job and that his mother was also sent the footage.

“My boss is a family man and he had people contacting him and asking him about my content … I understand it doesn’t line up with his morals so I lost my job,” he said. “It was spread around and it put him in a tough position.”

Lonie, who is believed to be making tens of thousands of dollars a week from the Only Fans site, has since engaged DSA Law, who sent a legal letter to ARN at the end of last month.

“This is a straight out breach of copyright issue,” Joseph Alesci, DSA law managing partner, told Sunday Confidential.

“The copyright we claim is in a performance, or work which is on the Only Fans site that my client owns. and it should have been obvious to the radio station that somebody had to go through two paywalls to get to this performance.

“We say that it’s a breach of copyright to play it. They have sought to do that to drive traffic to their radio station, and just because they are giggling or carrying on doesn’t make it OK.”

Lonie has requested a permanent injunction to restrain further use of the content, damages for breach of copyright or an account of profits, additional damages for loss of income and pain, and a formal apology on The Kyle and Jackie O show.

“We haven’t had a response from ARN, and if they don’t respond we will take it to the next stage, which will be potentially another letter of demand, then the best way to get people to engage is to engage with the court process,” Alesci said.

“If you want to use somebody’s works, get permission.”
