KISS have set Sydney on fire with their trademark rock and roll all nite — and there’s one last chance to see the iconic glam rockers before they leave NSW for the very last time.
The band performed to a rapturous crowd at Qudos Bank Arena in their first of two Sydney shows on their End of the Road farewell tour on Friday night.
Vowing to never again embark on a world tour, fans who missed out tonight can still score a seat at Saturday’s show to catch the band at their last ever Sydney gig.
The band brought all the blood spraying and fire breathing theatre that fans know and love on Friday complete with a set list full of the classics.
Known for their hits “I Was Made for Lovin You” and “Detroit Rock City”, the band has been bringing the roof down in Sydney since their first show in 1980.
100 million album sales later Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, Eric Singer, and Tommy Thayer have become live touring legends, known for their marathon tour schedules and crazy on stage antics.
The band last toured Australia in 2015 and were set to play their mammoth shows in 2019.
But guitarist Paul Stanley had to reschedule with a bad bout of the flu, and again when WA borders were locked shut.
Now the band is finally rocking audiences around the country, with two huge nights in Sydney before jetting off to Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane and their final ever Australian show on the Gold Coast.
Sydneysiders can catch KISS one last time at Qudos Bank Arena on Saturday August 27.
