Karl Stefanovic says sorry to Annastacia Palaszczuk for Jasmine’s drunk call
Today host Karl Stefanovic has apologised on air to Annastacia Palaszczuk for a call wife Jasmine made to the Queensland Premier while drunk.

It took less than two years of marriage to Karl Stefanovic for his new wife Jasmine to feel the effects of a Stefanovic-sized blood rush to the head and take it upon herself to drunk-dial Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk.
The purpose of the ex-model’s call to Palaszczuk, on November 20, was to plead with the Premier to open the still-closed-to-Sydneysiders Queensland border.
It comes after “Jaz” was photographed border hopping in June to set up the couple’s new Sunshine Coast retreat.
Stefanovic apologised on air for the incident last week and the Queensland Premier graciously accepted the apology but warned generally against the practice, warning to – “stay away from that”.
