If you’ve ever wanted to live like Karl Sefanovic, now’s your chance. The Today host and his wife Jasmine are renting out their Castlecrag house.

The four-bedroom home purchased for $3.2 million in March by the Nine star could now be yours for just $1800-a-week.

Following the breakdown of his first marriage, Stefanovic bought the house to accommodate his new bride Jasmine and their baby daughter Harper.

It’s understood the family is yet to move into the home and has continued to rent a more opulent Castlecrag abode down the road.

Neighbourhood chatter has it the couple are planning to renovate the house and transform it into something suitably “Peter Overton-esque”. Nine newsreader Overton and wife Jessica Rowe sold their house in Vaucluse last week for $8,175,000.

But not yet, it seems, with prospective tenants able to take a new lease from September 12.

The Stefanovics’ future tenants can look forward to spending twilight hours in an outdoor spa enjoying private bush views and dining under a gazebo boasting city skyline views — though no water ones.

The couple recently finished a lavish six-figure renovation of their Noosa home, a project overseen by Jasmine’s sister Jade Yarbrough.
