Justin Hemmes’ girlfriend Madeline Holtznagel visits his private island

It’s not everyday you can dive from a private plane straight into the waters surrounding a private island.

But such is the increasingly charmed life of aspiring model Madeline Holtznagel — better known as the current love interest of billionaire bachelor Justin Hemmes.

Posting the enviable scenario on her Instagram account yesterday, Holtznagel, who at 25 is 24 years Hemmes’ junior, documented her trip north to Haggerstone Island off the coast of far north Queensland.

Frolicking in the crystal blue waters, far from Sydney’s big wet, Holtznagel clearly enjoyed the experience, which is largely unavailable to mere mortals — however it can be bought.

Accommodation on the ultra-exclusive Haggerstone, which Hemmes bought a share in last year, begins at about $600 a night.

Renting the entire island rings in at a whopping $7000 a night.

No word on what Hemmes paid for his slice of paradise, however it’s believed to be a minor stake, with long-time custodians Roy and Anna Turner the majority owners.

Holtznagel’s visit to the island is yet another sign things seem increasingly serious between the model and her empire-building boyfriend, who last year moved her into his Coogee crash pad — a $2 million penthouse in the well-known Faimer Gardens apartment building.
