Jennifer Hawkins and Jake Wall name newborn son Hendrix

Australian supermodel Jennifer Hawkins and her husband Jake Wall have announced the arrival of baby number two, giving their son an unusual name.

Australian modelling duo Jennifer Hawkins and Jake Wall have welcomed baby number two into the world, adding to their growing family of one.

The couple announced the news to social media on Thursday evening via Hawkins’ Instagram account, which featured an adorable photo of the former Miss Universe and the baby boy, whose name is Hendrix Hawkins-Wall, cuddled close to her chest.

The post read: “Hendrix Hawkins-Wall. Welcome to the world our sweet boy. What a week it‘s been” and accompanied photos for fans to view the first intimate moments between the newborn and his parents.

Hawkins’ continued in her post, saying: “Our little man wanted to say hello to the world earlier than expected and has needed some extra care but is now doing so well and is healthy and strong!! We could not be more grateful or more in love!!”

Celebrities and friends of the couple were quick to congratulate the couple on their newest addition.

Fellow Australian models chimed in. Jesinta Franklin wrote, “Congratulations. Love to you and your family xx”, while Laura Csortan posted “Omgosh Hendrix!!! How beautiful! Congratulations family.

Media personality Lisa Wilkinson also commented with: “Beautiful news Jen. So happy for you all. Now the fun really begins!!”

Former Bachelorette stars were also spotted in the virtual crowd celebrating the couple’s happiness.

The Bachelor season one winner Anna Heinrich wrote, “Congratulations. Absolutely beautiful!” next to Sophie Monk’s comment which read, “Congratulations. What a cutie pie’.”

Back in July, Hawkins told her 877,000 Instagram fans that she and Wall were expecting the arrival of their second child together in a heartfelt post accompanied by photos of her sporting a baby bump.

“Round Two!! Jake and I are so happy to share that we are expecting a baby BOY !!! she wrote.

“We both feel blessed and couldn’t be happier to grow our little family!”

“Can’t wait to see our Frankie girl as a big sis!!”

Hawkins and Wall got hitched in Bali in Indonesia in 2013 after eight years of dating.

Their first daughter, Frankie, was born in October 2019.
