I’m A Celebrity 2024 star Candice Warner has lashed out at some of her former campmates after being evicted from the jungle.

“Everyone is doing the show for a different reason,” she told Yahoo. “Some people are very genuine, other people are putting on an act, and other people are trying to get as much camera time because it might help them with something they’ve got coming up in the future.

“So everyone’s reason for being on the show is so different, but you just have to respect that and just go, well I’m here for this reason and that reason alone and I’m just going to focus on what I want to get out of the show and also be very respectful to other people.”

While Warner failed to give names, she did reveal the names of the campmates she hopes to stay in touch with after the show.

“Obviously living in Sydney I’ll probably spend more time with Ellie [Cole] and Britt [Hockley] and Michelle [Bridges] and possibly Tristan [MacManus] because we are Sydney-based,” she explained.

“But I’d like to keep up my relationship with Peter Daicos, I’d love to go and meet his family and have a meal with them. And then you’ve got Khanh [Ong], I’d love to share a food experience with him, and Stephen [K Amos], I’d love to go and see his show.”

Julia Morris and Rob Irwin revealed to the stars on Thursday night that the result had been so neck and neck that it was only confirmed seconds before the announcement was made on live TV.

“It was so tight,” said Morris. “The result was unconfirmed until seconds before the voting closed. Someone has only just survived by the skin of their teeth and someone else has fallen sadly just short of survival.”

When Warner was revealed as the one leaving, she told the rest of her campmates: “It is all good. It is all good. It is all good! I’m so excited for you guys. I’m going to see my beautiful family and I’m going to see Denise on the other side.”
