Former MAFS star Ella Ding shares key to sexual wellness with new health app

Forget Only Fans. Former Married At First Sight star Ella Ding is on a new path to sexual gratification and she’s not shy about sharing her tips and tricks.

When Ella Ding told Page 13 she felt the new Married At First Sight contestants relationships were about “as fake as her boobs”, we knew she was a good sort.

So often our reality contestants leave the show that put them on the map, only to become blatant bores, brand spinners and playing the poor-me-I-was-badly-edited card with more puff and fluff, than the right stuff.

Ding says she never really entertained going on adult subscription service Only Fans like her many MAFS cohorts.

It wasn’t that she doesn’t have dazzling toes, it was more the drop dead gorgeous former Melbourne beautician ultimately wants to share her wisdom in all things wellness with some sexual healing thrown in for good measure.

Confidence and control all about meditation … and sexual pleasure, says Ding.

Ding says it took her years of researching and surfing the web to understand intimate questions she had about her body, let alone how to self pleasure.

Always asked by her gazillion followers how she remains so confident and in control, even when things turn ugly as they often did on MAFS, Ding says it all comes down to breathwork and meditation.

She also wants to educate people via her new health and wellness app 4U which she launched this week, on the art of self pleasure.

Admitting she once was addicted to her sex toy, Ding says she wants to destigmatise and demystify topics around sex and teach people to breathe while at it. Namaste bitches!
